Jeff brings a decade of marketing expertise from NBC Universal, where he honed skills in fast-paced environments and content-driven marketing, even earning an Emmy for his work on the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Inspired by the time-consuming and redundant job application process, he co-founded Path with Michael Temple to create a "dating app for jobs," aiming to give time back to job seekers.

Jeff's passion for sports and music, along with a strong belief in work-life balance, influences his approach to empowering applicants. He envisions Path becoming a global leader in job sourcing, helping individuals find their ideal careers effortlessly and reducing the stress traditionally associated with the job search.

Through Path, Jeff hopes to provide users with the invaluable gift of time, enabling them to discover opportunities they might otherwise miss.

Michael is a seasoned tech pro with 15 years under his belt from his time at Amazon and AWS. He's a pro at publishing, development, and information security, and his knack for solving tough problems and thinking ahead has been a huge help.

Back in 2024, Michael teamed up with Jeff to take on the slow, often frustrating job application process. Their goal? To automate it and make finding a job a truly enjoyable experience for everyone.

When he's not busy trying to improve the hiring world, Michael loves hitting the golf course, going for a run, traveling to new places, and soaking up the sun at the beach.

He's passionate about innovation and making a real difference in people's careers.
